Summertime - Camping at Orere Point

We went camping at Orere Point for two weeks over christmas this year and had a blast! Erika loved playing with her cousins Dylan and Ryan and hanging out with her Aunty and Uncle. The weather was not bad and everyone was around lots, it was fun....

We were obviously not giving her enough water?
Erika and Ryan had so much fun on this bridge. It had been raining and they were really cold - it looked like they were decked out for winter weather, not summer camping!
Peeking through at those peeking at them...
After Erika came crashing down off the bridge (she was fine but VERY sad)
Check out the cool little tent our babies got to play with! FUN FUN!

Swimming with her Mummy in the freezing water of Orere Point stream. Its clear, and its COLD - but Erika loved it!
Waiting under the gazebo for the rain to stop

Swimming some more... no time to stop for a morning tea break, Ill take it in the stream thanks :)
Erikas brand new bike that she got for xmas served as a perfect taxi around the camp ground. Even Teddy got a ride in front.

Fun with Daddy, playing peekabo

Back at home, Erika models her new dresses from her Great Uncle Glenn in Indonesia
Stunning, red light district dress :) What a charmer.
Blowing kisses at ya.
You said eat it... you didnt say how...

Thanks for organising this for me Pen. Ive really enjoyed looking at our baby. I miss her a lot and talk about her to lots of people. She is such a majic person, as are you. Today I was going to go for a walk to the beach with Mina, then we were going to go to Hamo so I had to change my plans to go on the sunset cruise tonight.anyway by the time i changed my ticket which wasnt hard cuz the cruise was cancelled not enough people. The next boat to Hamo is at 2.30 so i dont think its worth while going to hamo . Mina and heather are going to go over to Airlie and staying the night. So I think ill go for my walk to the beach on my own after all. Seems that it has to be that way. Never mind miss you lots. thanks again for the pics of baby they mean a lot to me. Love you Mum xxx
